This first year for UltimateYota has been awesome!  We would like to thank each and every one of you for making UltimateYota one of the best communities to discuss everything from Toyota Tech to the outdoors.

We understand that there is more to life than just building your Toyota so we continue to work hard to include and introduce other aspects of our outdoor hobbies to our community.

As the cost of fuel rises we are feeling the pain at the pump which can severely hinder our abilities to drive our beloved projects but don't let that stop you from using your own two feet to ride your bikes or paddle your kayaks!

Stats

We are truly impressed by the continued growth of our membership. As of today we are just shy of 1700 members and the traffic is exploding.

Our growth continues to outpace similar sites.  We continue to be an innovator with our ideas for forum sections and our traffice in these new sections is a ringing endorsement that 're on the right track!

A few stats for the curious:

As of today, we’ve had nearly 198,000 visits by nearly 36,000 unique visitors who have had 1,590,665 page views.  These visits came from 122 different countries/territories.  The average time per visitor on the site is up to  00:10:39 with an average number of pages viewed being a little over 8 per visit.

They have also stepped up on their customer service by integrating a subforum within our UltimateYota environment. If you need to ask a question, whether it's tech or parts request make sure to visit the Northridge Toyota Forum. New Categories

With the ever changing environment, we are forced to reconsider ever action we make that affects our lifestyle. This includes our beloved hobbies such as offroading, camping, exploring and other great outdoor adventures. With this in mind, we created a new section called "Green Tech" where we can discuss new and old technologies such as hybrid, diesel, small car, stop-start, e85 ethanol, plug-in hybrid, eletric or hydrogen vehicles. Not only this, the green section will also include other non vehicle specific discussions from recycling to how we can be proactive about being better for our environment. This new section has been a big hit and we believe that by sharing our experiences on how we can better our world, we'll on the right path to a better tomorrow.

Hardware Changes

With the growing community we have taken aggressive steps to ensure that our hardware can support the continued growth. In mid-March we took an aggressive path to move our site to a dedicated server.

Although this was not a planned move which did result in a service disruption, we are now on a faster more durable system that can support our continued growth.

We have been getting inquiries for 2XL and 3XL tees and hoodies so we have added these items to our store! These are not your traditional sizes so they will be made to order but don't let this stop you from showing off your UltimateYota gear!
