You sure did Bob. There's not one trail I go on that I don't think about your rear end. Thank you.

I hate to break it to you but Bob has his mind on someone else's rear end. (http://www.ohmark.com/blogalbums/blog/2012%20Pismo%20Jamboree/slides/2012.09.29%20Pismo%20Jamboree%20%28bob%29_169.jpg)

Nice.

All I can add is that Bob's rear end has taken a beating and still asks for more.

Hey Matt, sorry about your thread. I hope my rear is holding up for you doesn't require constant wiping.

No problem. It was pretty oily and dirty after being wrapped up in plastic for a few months so I had to give it a through cleaning. The seals were a bit old and leaking, but I replaced them and now it's tight again.

Kelly keeps asking how many rear ends we need around the house so now mine has to move on to someone else to enjoy.

ps. Ken or Mike, think Bill wants the housing so he can swap in an e-locker? I really need to get it out of the garage.

Bump. Is FREE an unfair price for the housing?

Matt, you could make it into one heck of a wind chime.

I think most of the UY 3rd gens on this coast either already did the e-locker retro, came with it stock, or have gone with some kind of ratcheting locker already.

The housing has moved on to a new owner. I still have the 3rd member for sale. The specs are as follows:

- ~92k miles
- 4.10 gears
- non-elocker
- From a 2000 4Runner sport 5spd

Does anybody know if these are a useful swap into other trucks? Or have any suggestions for a good place to sell this differential? I'd much appreciate it.

Asking $250 OBO

I sold mine on Craigslist. It was on there for about a week with no hits until one night a guy called me up. The third in his wife's 4Runner crapped out and he needed something fast as the truck is used everyday. He showed up around 10pm and gave me what I was asking. I hope you have as good as luck.

Thanks Mike. I've had mine listed on craigslist for almost a month and on a few offroad forums, no luck yet. Do you think my price is fair?

I don't remember what I got for my third but it was much less than what you're asking. I'd say I got $100 or so, maybe.

I sold the one for my 94 Xtra Cab for $125. There isn't a whole lot of demand for non-elocked third members.

Well I guess my price was a bit optimistic then. :)

How about $100 OBO.

yea, $250 would be what you would get for your third if it was geared or had a lock-rite style ratcheting locker installed... no way for a stock third
