So a few weeks ago I asked on YT you guys were doing for spark plug wire guides on the 22R series.. I didn't get much of a response. I was asking because I'm running a top mount turbo and the wires tend to get pretty hot sitting in the stock guides.

I ended up using a wire guide set from a v8.. I used half of the kit.. I can see if I can find the part number if anyone is interested. I used Accel spiral core wires, again an 8mm V8 set (just make sure you get the kit with 90 degree ends) and built the wires myself. Again, used half of a $35 kit.
I recommend buying a crimper if you're doing your own plug wires, it makes the job so much easier...

Anyway.. It came out OK. Truck now has a t3 .60/.63 - water cooled... Still waiting on a compressor housing from a Nissan to make it work with my intake setup.

It's been painful.. Put it together right and it's been one thing after another. The good news is that the criticality of the problems seems to decrease... Hopefully when someone does a turbo 22re they won't have to relearn my lessons...

A turbo 3rz is looking awful appealing though..
