A guy I commute with has an old Chevy Suburban that gets less MPGs than that. That rig would make a perfect commuter car. :)

holy mother of.... that thing is crazy! the 4mpg is not surprising but that'll be awesome to just drive up. My neighbors will probably call the cops on me thinking i'm some crazy guy! haha

anyone got 1/4 mil to spare?

that is amazing, but what can you do with it? lol I dont want to be the party pooper but you cant take that on any trail I have ever seen so your stuck in the open desert or wide mountain dirt roads. Your destinations would be severely limited. It would be great in deep snow but then again if you get that stuck then pulling you out becomes a 10k contracted event lol.

You guys go buy it and I'll rent it for pismo :)

Troy, pretty much the same thing has been said on the web regarding this truck. It's from Colorado or spends time there. I think it's used as a winter base camp for skiing and/or hunting. Even driving it doesn't seem practical.

I could spend that money on something much smaller and capable.

if its free I'll drive it at Pismo just to try and get it stuck and then have fun trying to get it recovered using Bob's 4runner! :)

I think Jason Boggs used to drive one of these. Maybe he can chime in and let us know about the drivability issues

If he could export it, I bet he could get a guy in Iceland to buy it. They love huge snow vehicles there.
