I bought these awhile back to replace my land cruiser springs. I researched springs and wanted to replace the 1.5" I lost when I did my tank swap and also wanted a stiffer spring to balance me front to rear better. I bought the toytec after reading it was roughly the same lenght as my LC springs but ~50 lbs stiffer (240lbs). They immediately did not lift as high as my then broken LC springs. So I knew something was up.

I ran the Superflex coils for about 3 months but had to install a spacer to get a reasonable ride height. No complaints on performance and they seemed to hold extra camping weight well. I think the quoted lifts in the first link are true. I want to put it out there that they are not 240 lbs springs and are not a stiffer replacement for LC springs as the given specs would lead you to believe.

Thanks for the heads up about this kind of stuff. My OME coils settled really fast and while I sit fine it's a tad lower than I want. I travel a bit heavy at times and want the capacity.
