sure! though there's a 20 fee to come and mock us. :) btw parking is at the bottom of the canyon and they provide a bus to the site. guess it's pretty remote in the hills. Chris did this last year and rocked it so I thought I'd give it a shot and see if I can get my butt handed. haha

I did the Irvine Lakes Mud Run last month so I kinda know how painful it can be. I did the mud run with a bunch of friends so it was more fun than thinking of it as a straight race. For the Spartan one if I can keep up I'll try to party it up with Chris and fling a few mud balls in between the obstacles to mix it up but we'll see. I've got a long way to get back into some decent shape that's not round. Grant it round is a valid shape but not a good one for this mud run.

maybe it's time to start training so you won't have a heart attack :) when I did the mud run last month I walked a good portion so there's nothing wrong with that.
