Diagnostics port

So I'm working on my buddies 04 DC 4wd and his abs light was on so I go to locate and jump the diagnostic port to get some codes for it but I cannot find his diag. port. Mine is an 01 and it is attached to the side of the supercharger (normally the intake).
Did they do away with the diag. port on the 5vz during any year or make/ model?

It should be under the driver's side dash. probably above the brake and below the steering wheel
. Not sure when they moved it, but that is what my 04 Tacoma manual is saying.

That's where it is on my 2000 4Runner, and pretty confident that's where it was on my 04 Tacoma dbl cab as well.

I have the OBD2 port at the far right of the driver's side dash. Mine diagnostic port is on the side of the intake runners. Change in 99? or 00? Seems like I remember seeing some 99 and 00 trucks with it still on the intake.

Gotta be under the dash for the OBII port, thats where every single one since they made them is. I havd 96 T100 and the diagnostics port is right next to the intake.
