You can buy these things but they are pretty pricey. You can make one and save a bit, but it all hinges on the fact that you have a place that can make custom hydraulic hoses. For my area there is Hesperia hose supply. The no loss chuck is purely extra but I think it will be easier for me. Most guys just use a normal chuck ($4)and get good with it for a close enough psi. The tank will come from airgas for me since I will be trading in my argon tank from them.
Three parts other then the bottle are needed:
!. $48 Uniweld RHP400 Nitrogen Regulator with 0-400 PSI Delivery Pressure, CGA580 Inlet Connection and 1/4-Inch Male Flare Outlet Connection

3. $11 hydraulic hose with 1/4" female flare fitting on one end and 1/8" female npt pipe fitting on the other end. Thats a odd combination thus the need for a custom hose.

$!20 into my set up but I had already bought into the airgas cylinder so nitrogen was only 20 bucks. I tryed it out and the No loss fitting is annoying. it leaks a bit, but you can effectively set your pressure in the shock accurately. It looks like the small air leak you get from checking pressure is about 5-8 psi in. so saving 30 bucks and using a air chuck will get you very close to
