I think I might have found a 3rd Gen to buy. However, I don't like the two-tone lower body panels, however. Is it pretty easy to remove this?
Thanks.

p nut,
after you remove them, you will have nice little holes to:
a) fill/putty and paint $$$$$$
b) ignore
best to just get them painted to the color of the vehicle. bamachem has done it. axe him.

You could just paint it like Bamachem did. www.4rnr.net

I did not think I was going to like mine at first, but It has grown on me.(I also realized how expensive it would be to get rid of) I am looking to have it line-x a similer color to take give a tougher look.

Ditto to the above advice.....either paint them the body color or line-x them.
You don't want to deal with the big holes in your doors those things leave when removed.

paint them. if you remove them, then you'll have to weld up the holes, grind the welds flush, then prep & paint the entire panels - essentially the whole truck. i painted my limited cladding and flares w/ them on the truck. i masked off everything carefully and sprayed them w/o taking them off.

im thinking of doing a tan second tone like the limited panels, but just on the doors. i think it looks cool to have that difference, especially when my truck is so dark.
