checking to see if theres any interest in my oem diffs from my 98 4Runner LTD. front is 4.30 open ADD, rear is 4.30 elocker with wiring harnesses. looking to sell em as a pair, so i wont part them unless i can find separate buyers for the two.

i live in vancouver canada, but to save on int'l shipping, i will make the trek across the border & ship from either point roberts or blaine WA. 98281 & 98230 respectively so you can find shipping quotes. front diff can be had without the ADD tube..which will probably save some $$$ on shipping as its much less bulky. checked some quotes and found DHL & Fedex to be the cheapest at approx $45-$50 per diff.

diffs have about 100K miles on em, rear had extended breather and fluids changed as per maintenance schedule. and are in excellent shape. perfect setup for direct swap, or have these regeared and install yourself to save down time on your truck.

im looking to get back what i paid for the ones i regeard + front arb'd and then swapped into...USD$900 obo + shipping

I would potentially be interested in the rear e-locker diff. Let me know if you find somebody that wants just the front diff and you want to split up your set.

I may take the front for a spare, if priced right.

These are certainly not evenly priced. The rear is worth considerably more than the front.

Put a price together in Canadian Dollars, shipped to Saint John, New Brunswick (Canada... not New Jersey) for just the rear e-locker with all the wiring, then I'll let you know if I'm interested.

GSGALLANT:

im basically looking for CDN$700+shipping. here are some rates i calculated (all in CAD):
UPS: $76.00 for 7-10 days
Greyhound: $100 6-8 days
Fedex Ground: $70 (with declared $700 value)
DHL: $92 5 day delivery.

Jim: what do you mean not evenly priced? you mean the shipping? or the diffs? i put in one price as a package price...but of course im open to offers.

I got some quotes for the front diff (minus the ADD tube as it would add bulk & weight...and you have manual and you have manual lockouts. (all prices in USD):
DHL: $31
UPS: $45 (with USD$250 declared value)
FedEx: $32

im looking to get USD$250 + shipping for the front. are you still looking for a spare 4.30 R&P? i've got one here with low mileage...it was in the spare elocker i bought for the swap...had about 65,000 KM on it...

im just hoping to get what i paid for these things + cost to ship. i am open to offers..as i dont want to sit on these. i've got a rear bumper + tire carrier needing to be built...

I meant that the rear is worth more than the front. $250 is too high for a front IMO.

i've seen em at wreckers go for more for the 4.30's...

make me an offer i cant refuse?

Thanks for the reply. I can get one locally for $550, including the whole housing, so no thank you.

I think this issue here is that you may have paid too much for these originally.

I can give you $150 shipped for the front. I know it sounds like a low offer, but that's what it's worth IMO. I really only want the front gears anyways.

How much you want for just the elocked rear. If i'm readin correctly I could just take out my third and put this in and run the wires.

Not quite as simple as that... there are modification (with a grinder and drill) to be done to your non-elocker housing for it to accept the elocker 3rd member.

if you didnt live so fricken far away i would have bought yours instead of sticking with 4.10 with my swap.
