Can anyone identify these rims?

Curious to know what kind of rims these are, trying to hunt down a spare rim.

Note the small bolts that go around the rim

Thinking they might be American Racing, but not sure of the model of them. Look similar to the outlaws but don't think thats exactly what they are.

I have also seen some made by Pacer that looked the same also. I have a set that I bought used for my 4runner and have often wondered who made them.

they are called chrome modular, they are pretty generic

How can you tell the difference between the Pro Comps and the Chrome Modulars?

I doubt those are ProComps, my bet is Jimbo is right, they're just generic rims.
The tough part is going to be to match the center caps on them!
