Met up with Smiling Jim and RobG for some wheeling in the So Cal Mtns today.

We ran Holcomb Creek and Gold Mtn. Holcomb was fun. Having 3 vehicles that acted the same made it easy. Ran into the Nowhitefenders crew at the middle rock garden. That trail was owned by Toyotas today.

We did Gold Mtn the opposite way most do. Started from 3N16.

We had planned to run John Bull, but with unlocked Jeeps and a broken Pinzgauer we opted not to go.

hey marc,

looks like you had a good time. looks like the weather was nice too. and in retrospect, i dont think my 4runner would've kept up w/ you guys!

Great pics! I can't wait to get back up there. Bob, with your locker and sliders you could do those trails no problem.

i need sliders and a locker, or at least sliders and a tow strap.

yeah i gotta rem not to crash too...! definitely hope to catch ya'll on a future run in the near future :)

we have to do a run up there later this summer? after new baby gets settled a little better!

Mikey! Good to see you here. Good site and getting a lot better now that so many more of the old salts have came over. Congrats on the new one!
