Now if i could just get it to stop being so windy around here.

Looked all over and pulled a lot of good Info, looked at all that looked at some magazines.

And then just did what i wanted.

Special Thanks to Pops for making it happen again.

Will get more pics in better light after i paint em up.

Thank you.

I got em from the Wabbit.

As usual he went out his way to make sure i got the right thing and kept me more than informed as to the Who, What ,When.

We welded the legs on.

As to the angle.........

um ya 10 deg ya.....

Honestly we just moved em around till it looked good. Never took a true measurement. Used and angle finder to just transfer the same angle to the driver side.

Reggie,

Obviously your sliders have a rear kick-out, but in looking through Wabbit's site, all I can see is the non-kick-out style, so were those custom built for you?

I'm casually looking at the various slider offerings and weighing some options for later this summer. I'm leaning towards the kick-out style rather than the non-kick-outs.

These are the exact same sliders that I am going to get for my 3rd gen. I talked to Brain about these last week, the kickouts are available, if they have an asterisk next to them on his web page, at no extra charge

I like the kick out it looks better at least for me.
When you start your order with Brian you will find out (if you don't already know this) he will go that extra mile. The asterisks like stated is the key, but i am sure if no one pointed it out that Brian would have mentioned it to you. When i ordered mine he made double sure of size and style. and was right on top of letting me know the who, what, when.

Chris,
It wasn't to bad putting them on. It wasesier with a couple extra hands. Not sure if we did it "right" but what we did works for me.
I got em primered the other day since it wasn't to windy after dinner. Of course today its windy.
Also got the bed liner for the sides, am thinking i am going to coat the door/fender up to the body line to give it that contrasting look.

I'm going to try to tape off and prime the sides tomorrow after dinner.

Then I'll paint the sliders black the next night.

So hopefully in a few days I'll have it done for pics.

I will try to remember to grab the camera out of my desk to take pics along the way.

I like the flat black look so i figure i will hit em with the rattle can when i do the sliders and get the gaps and little crevasses to blend in better.
