What is the cheapest and easiest way to get a couple inches of lift out of a 89 4x4 PU? The rear is saggy from having a fiberglass on it since it was new.

There are three ways that come to mind:
Add-A-Leaf: The problem is that in my experience the only way I have been able to get the center pin off is with a torch (which I don't have)

Rear Block: Easy, cheap.

Shackles: I have never gone witht his approach, easy? Cheap?

I am mainly doing it for looks.

I agree with Jimbo. Blocks suck.

AAL and shackles are both easy to an extent. The shackles in my truck has seized up but nothing a sawsall or grinder couldn't fix. A few days of spraying that bolt with PB blaster should make it easier to get off as well. If you are doing it for looks do the AAL or shackles b/c blocks look bad.
