View Full Version : Corral Canyon/Bronco Peak Trail

After working on the Trail Repair Project with Park Ranger Richard Tull one of the guys from Adventure 4x4 (Also named Eric) with an FJC and I came to the conclusion that we were just to close to good trails to not go wheeling. So we hit up Bronco peak trail and had a lot of fun.

At one point or another the Fj's tailpipe was crushed closed sending CEL lights off on the dash
Opened it back up and they went off.

Right On. That looks like a fun trail for sure. That FJ exhaust, what the hell. Thats actually pretty funny.

Trail repair went awesome. We put up a bunch of perimeter fence. Met some good people who care about keeping trails open.

The tail pipe thing happens to us all until you move it from where the factory thought was the best place for it. You plug up any tail pipe and you will have issues.

The other Eric, FJC, is gonna check us out here on UY so he can get out there on the trails more and see another site.

i thought bronco peak was alot harder than that what gives?

The FJ and I got 3/4 of the way through this trail. We came upon a down hill section that almost had me going turtle. Probably could have taken a diff line and made it with some serious carnage. So I went up that hill backwards then turned around and wend back. I really think I could have made that obstacle going up but down was kickin my butt.

I would like to do it again and see if I can make it. I didn't see anything harder than John Bull, with that one exception.


Did you do Carvacre? How did it go?
