On the way is a sonoran steel system 3 lift. That will bring me to the height of 99 4runner (highlander version). I've would've gone with the ss 7 but $$ was an issue and I kind of want to keep it fairly stock looking
Other thins that will be on the way once money is coming a little more:
bumpers
skid plates
rear locker (either the 3rd memeber retro fit, find an axle with required parts or arb locker)
tires
lights
and other little things

There has to be something wrong with me after all the work I've put into my 96 4runner I decided to pick up a 2000 4runner with 94,xxx miles on it and a few little electrical grimlins I need to work out from the previous owner. This 4runner has the factory e-locker installed already.

Currently what I've done to it, since I bought it as-is (just very minor stuff)
Replaced rear hatch struts
Silverstar Ultra headlights
New Toyota floormats since it didn't have any floormats
Cleaned the maf senosr, pvc valve and throttle body
Sampoo the seats (still need some work, doesn't smell like a hamster cage now )

Waiting to be installed pending the sale of my other 4runner
Sonoran Steel 7.2 lift
265/75/16 or 285/75/16 tires
hella 500's (I have another set already)
reinstallation on the extreme rear links
reinstallation of both bud built skids if I can get them bent back :chair:

Both 4runners side by side

The new 4runner by her self (see still needs to prove herself to me)

Man, I really need to update this post. :P

Did the rear diff breather extention, pretty simple and straight forward took about 20 minutes of my time and $20 from my wallet for clamps, hose, union fitting and new breather. I'm just hoping I left enough hose for when the axle flexes.

Stock breather is in the middle.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v681/tbox/Misc%20Photos/IMG_0180.jpg

There's a little more hose slack up around the gas filler neck

Really couldn't fiqure out a better way to hide to the clamp but this will work. There is still enough clearance for the door to close.

Spent about 1.5 hrs tonight get the spacers put on all 4 corners (front and back). If anyone ever wants to have a good laugh come by my place and watch a 125 lb kid try to put a wheel back on.

Any how here are a few more photos

Took it out for a test driver after and the rubbing noise is gone and I haven't noticed any weird vibrations. Steering feels a little more normal as well.

I have plenty of lock-tite on the studs and on the nuts.
