Been that way for a long time.

Hopefully this will push a few people their way, but around most of these places, its about the bottom dollar, not the service.

Look around at the trailmart swaps, and I rest my case.

i agree.
Brain also has great, customer service.. back when I "thought" I was going to get a trail rig, I called him a few times with questions, he was very happy to take the time and answer all my questions. to bad the deal fell through, i was ready to spend money, lol

Never said anything about Brian.

I was glad that this got posted, and was commenting that this level of service was nothing new.

The jab about bottom dollar was aimed at all who look only at cost out of pocket rather than supporting great service for a little more. It is why walmart works so well, and mom and pop places go out of business.

From what i've seen, Brian has excellent customer service. Not sure why it was felt I was attacking him?

Same Tundra, new axles.

Buy stuff from Marlin, just do it.
