removing auto shifter knob, (replacing with 4wd shifter stuff)

also it seems that my shifter linkage is in the way, and i have no way to move it to the right, or do i cut a new hole and move it to the right?

woops, if i just looked on the backside of the shifter knob id have seen the freakin screws, well i think i stripped the heads a little.

regardless i need the plate underneath to even shift the entire setup to the right.
