I have a pending sale on the 4Runner - guys that have sold vehicles, what have you used for a bill of sale? did you draw one up yourself, or are there downloadable ones out there somewhere?

DMV will have Bill of Sale paperwork. Also if you are an AAA member you can do it all there too :) Way easier than going to the DMV!

Last time i registered a car Downtown they didnt care to see a bill of sale. Just asked me what I paid. I wouldnt waste your time going to the dmv. Just write your own. A simple line will do. I so & so sold this vin# modem and make to so & so on this day for this amount.

Here's a legal tip guy's! Make sure that the bill of sale also says "AS IS" in very bold letters so that no one has any idea of any implied warranty!!!

Trust me on this fellas, & ladies!! I sold cars, and trucks for 15 years. Also keep a copy for yourself and give them one. TJ

Wow... $15000 for a 1999 limited 4Runner 4X4 I want you to sell mine!!! lol

Looks great unless you want a notary to sign it also to give as third party witness. Other wise it is fine and should stand up in any court in the nation.... (no I am not a Lawyer I just pay one lots...) TJ
