Need Photoshop Help for Funny Card

Hey everyone,

I tried to do this on my own, but I don't have the program nor the talent to pull if off.

Basically my boss just had surgery on his hip and we are all getting him cards or gifts.

I've been giving him a hard time about all the things he can do once he's pain free and I have a funny idea for a card.

I need help with pasting his face on a picture I found and making it look as seem-less as possible, given the few pictures I have.

I'm hoping there is a photoshop guru out there that can help me.
