Interior dash lights?

Are the lights behind the gauge cluster and AC controls the same as they are on 98-04 Tacomas?

I found a write up for the Tacomas that say you can replace them with 194 bulbs..

If so this is something I plan to do since my gauge cluster is fading/getting dimmer.. and the ones behind the AC controls have blown.

Do they make a blue led 194(?) bulb.. would be nice to go ahead and make them blue since everything else electronic these days use blue.. IE> high end stereos and CB radios.
