Imagestation closing.......sucks

I just got an email about Imagestation shutting down....this sucks for me and I am sure others. For the past 3-4 years all of the pics I have put on the web were hosted there. This means they will all show red "X"s :flipoff:
I will move all my pics to another host, but will never be able to fix the X.

The only way to assure that doesn't happen to you is to have your own hosting/domain. Imagestation was huge - I'm surprised at this. I got stung by Monty Pics (are they even around still?) I vowed it wouldn't happen again.

You can fix the red X's by going in and editing your threads and changing the image URL. PITA, but it can be done (I went down this road a few years ago)

if Imagestation is closing they should do it, contact them, I know when Yahoo Pics shut down they offered everyone to move thier pics to a new account for them at photobucket, or other host of your choice....
