This will reduce temps of turbo housings, headers, and regular manifolds for a more efficient running engine.

Notice the significant difference in an uncoated header vs a coated one...

This also resists corrosion as well. I have limited quantity in stock but if I get a need for it, I will order more as the demand rises.

Haha...yeh I know you was bumpin' me and I appreciate it dude!

Thought the intake was 2 pieces but wasn't sure about the new ones. Find a junkyard one and we'll get you some bling on that 4th Gen! The satin black ceramic coating would complement the stock manifolds as well.

Is there somewhere we can see the titanium color? This will allow me to save bucks on my headers since I was considering going with stainless (I'm building custom)

This is a shot I got from Google images Mike so it should be close to this.

I am also ordering the attachment for my paint gun to get inside the headers and manifolds as well so it will be coated inside and out for better heat dissipation.

That is excellent news! With more motor, anything I can do to get heat out of the engine bay will be a bonus!!

Yeh it will Mike...I thought of even ceramic coating an engine block but I heard the computer really screws up because something with the temps lowering drastically screws with timing and what not, whereas a non computer controlled engine would have to be set manually so there would be no worries.

Anthony Graham's header that I sandblasted tonight and shot satin black ceramic coating. Looks more like a semi gloss black...

I want to put that thing on so bad.. I'm sick of messing with it. It does look good though. I can't wait to pull some temps on it to see the difference after I swap it out. Hopefully I can swap it out in the next couple weeks along with my new cat and Flowmaster 40 :D

How Long Will My Truck Be Out Of Comission J?

Mom thinks we will be down in Roanoke some time in January.
(I know cold weather dosen't make fun for working on metal...)

It would only be for a weekend so this is why I ask lol.

If it takes a little longer I will start to search junkyards for some extra headers.

P.S. (Wish I had known about the rust things, I would have had you do my bumpers too, but I will wait till I get my after market ones to do that. :D )

I know it takes maybe a day to get them both blasted, shot, and baked. Not a whole day, but give it that. Then depending on how long it would take to get them off and on...I'd say for the sake of running into problems, see if you can get a set at he junkyard and I could do them for ya and have them ready when you get here.

Cool J, thanks, I will keep my eyes pealed as I pass by some local yards,
but to find a 3rd gen in a junk yard here is like me finding a porsche in my driveway when I get home.

But I really would like to try to start removing some rust from Tess, it sucks so much living in the rust belt...

Go on car-part.com and you can find some local junkyards with the exhaust manifolds...or you could find them local to me to ship that wouldn't cost that much.
