Marlin Crawler Round-Up 6 at Rubicon Springs
Only took a few pictures, had to work friday so I hit the road from the jobsite at 3:30pm and got to the Loon Lake trailhead at 11:00pm. I did plan to camp there but the bug to wheel, beyond my better judgment prevailed. Near the beginning of the trail on a set staircase ledges I kept spinning my tires. On one attempt I backed-up to bump up and slammed hard into a boulder to my rear, this gave me my first carnage, a few nice dents in my rear hatch and left rear back corner :shake: after bumping up and moving on the rest was uneventful and I finally camped near the Little Sluice. On my trip towards the springs I got my second carnage when my sliders slipped under a boulder while I was pivot turning on it smaking my passenger rear door :( This was a good test run for my redesigned rear suspension which handle better than expected, the ride was quite smooth...... I finally got home around 7:30pm Sunday night....... I will post carnage pictures later.....
