A great way to find out what size speakers you have and what types of head units will fit with zero or little modification, www.crutchfield.com is an excellent place to use as a guide.

I managed to fit 6x9 in the front door panels on a 4th generation 4runner w/ the help of speaker spacer brackets i found from "mjmautoinnovations" on ebay.

Crutchfield is a great source, i didnt feel like spending money on 6 1/2 as they recommended, when i was able salvage my MB 6x9 3ways.

seriously, they are a great place and give excellent directions on dash and door panel disassembly and carry great parts.

I'm dissapointed, I thought this was going to be a toyota based "big dumb loads" thread. :shake: :flipoff:

Oh yeah, crutchfield rocks for that stuff!

Here you go.

Something like 1000 pounds of brick, pavers and sand. I wouldn't put 2 more pounds in there. It seems my axle seals didn't last long after this.

This was the second trip, also heavy.

A family load of stuff. You could maybe only fit a pair of shoes in there.

Awesome, I knew Mike would come through! How pissed were you that you split that bag of sand?

I need to take some pics with my van fully loaded. :)
