Well I installed an ARB bumper and a milemarker winch and now my truck sits really bad, the passenger side sits about an inch higher. I counted the coils and the longer one is on the drivers side, so no problem there. This is the only problem I noticed when looking at it. The passenger spring doesnt seem to be seated in the shock all the way. There is a little notch at the bottom of the shock and it is about .5"- 1" away from it, where it is all the way against it on the drivers side. Pic

My question is, would this be enough to make it sit lopsided?
Also . . here is a pic of a heep that flipped right in front of my work.

Yes, that could definately be part of the problem.

If the spring is not seated properly, it could result in the uneven lift. I have a TJM up front and dont have any lopsidedness. I would make sure the spring is seated properly.

id get that fixed. no harm in not having it fully seated, but again, it could cause the problem of not being level.
and how the hell did he flip that heep?

Well the place that put the lift on says that it is supposed to be like that even though it is all the way against it on the drivers side. They said the coils just settled like that and there is nothing that I could do about it. I measure it and it is 37" from ground to fender on drivers side and 38" on passenger side. In the back it is 38.3" on drivers and 39" on passenger side. I guess i should start saving for some coilovers?

Not sure i would buy into the whole 'thats the way it is supposed to be' thing...If there is a coil seat down there....it should probably be used. Look at it this way, sure that coil seat cost the manufacturer like $1, but they have put that on literally millions of times... you think they are spedning millions of $$ for a part that isnt needed? Have the shop look at it again.

did you verify that the coils are on the correct sides USING THE COLOR CODES?
also, the line about "that's the way it's supposed to be" is a bunch of BS and they know it.
to spin it into place, you can jack up the front and take the bottom of the shock loose, put in a LONG 3/8" ratchet extension thru the hole and then put a breaker bar over that and then you can literally spin the bottom of the shock. you'll need to spin it a little more than 180* to get the eye to line back up w/ the tabs on the lower suspension arm, but it's not all that hard if you spray some penetrating oil where the top of the coil meets the top plate.
however, i doubt that the coil bucket is the true issue that would produce a 1" difference, and i suspect that they're on the wrong sides.

Just so they are posted here for reference:
Toyota Tundra TRD 4WD Front Coil: Right Side - Blue + Yellow goes on the passenger side
Toyota Tundra TRD 4WD Front Coil: Left Side - Yellow + Yellow goes on driver side

I am an idiot. . . thanks for that info rocko. Guess i will be having a technician at my work swap them. It has been like this for almost a year now. . . it just wasnt noticable until i put the winch/bumper on and it made the drivers side sag more.
