Are the years for the MAF sensors correct? My '97 has the maf sensor of which I can't get to the actual sensor (lower one in the write up)

No.

The 96-98 MAFs look like this:

Bob, Arjan is right, I think you got the MAF dates mixed up in the writeup.

Bob, that pic is from 4x4 wire so they should get credit for it.
If we need another pic I'm sure someone can snap one of a 99 MAF for you.
