obviously you know a lineman and the $$$ they can potentially make :) but you know its helluva dangerous job. ive heard some stories about guys 'energized' and fried dead (boot marks and all) when the boom was too close to live lines and they were just a few inches from the truck

that said, if any linemen spots open up, ill be more than happy to pass on the listing.

sean: we can talk. i'll bring the internal listing. most CS people pay their pennance in CS for a year or two and then move onwards. very easy for CS people to do that because they understand the customer's 'pain' better than anyone else.

sdge is always hiring linemen down here but you have to have your journey card otherwise you have to start as a meter reader and it will take years for you to get in as a line assistant
