I am currently working on a custom tube front bumper for my 3rd gen 4runner. I am going to be using 2"x2" square tube, 1.5" & 1" round tube, .25 plate, and 16 guage sheet metal.

Looks good. I like the use of the round tubing. I'm going to
upgrade my tubing at some point as my mind has created another
look to my existing bumper. I also went with the hybrid design
and am more than happy with it.

So I'm gathering you're also loving the fact that nobody's tried cutting you off and is giving you a wide berth now.

*You will notice this start to happen, and yes, it does help out w/ traffic. :D

When we took our brushbars off the first thing I griped about was how much I noticed people cutting in more than before.

Yep, the first real time i noticed was last week. The guy i knew he was gonna just come in right in front of me and he started coming over and looked and definitely went back into his own lane. And even if someone does try and cut in front of me and causes a wreck, its not gonna cost me alot to fix mine (3.50 for some rustoleum), and alot more for theres.
