basically I am going to need to do this at least once in my life no matter how careful I am at wheeling my rig.
And this will be essential for the type of travel im thinking of doing (one being round the world trip in summer of 2010 or 2011.
Is it similar to that of an early IFS truck with aisin hubs?
and if you are wondering, when I put it in, the cvs were attached the hubs and spindles so i didnt really have to do much there except press it in to the differential.
hope im not beating a bush here.

Steve has the Aisin hub FSM .pdfs on his site. You can use the 4x4Wire write-up with the FSM files (http://www.sonoransteel.com/aisin_manual_hubs.html) to cover everything you would need. I keep a copy of these in my FSM for reference.
The biggest pain is getting the cone washers off and not losing them...especially if they haven't been off in a while.

I used to think that too. The trick is a brass drift. Put it on the ends of the studs and give em a good smacking. Those cone washers will fly outta there.

And that's why I carry a brass drift in my tool bag. :smokin:
I guess I should have mentioned that myself.
