Not to be rude Jayzus, but searching a bit would have very simply yeilded the answer to your question.
Here at Ultimate Yota we have a great Wiki Section for all things Toyota Tech.
Here is a LINK (http://www.ultimateyota.com/index.php?option=com_openwiki&Itemid=60&id=seafoam_usage) to the seafoam portion of our Wiki. Good Luck.

i have yet to do it to the 4runner, but it saved my honda accord before i sold it.

just follow the instructions on the can. i'd do the intake, gas, and oil (but change it about 500-1k miles afterwards)..

ive always wanted to try the trans treatment they have, but im kind of afraid.

did it. Totally worth it.
You might have a vacuum nipple on top of the throttle body that's not being used. Use that one to attach a hose to it. on the other end, put it in the can after you start her up. keep the engine alive by moving the throttle. The vacuum will suck the liquid in by itself. use about half a can....let it sit. then start the truck and watch the smoke..
Hope you won't have anyone respond to your distress signal....
once the smoke clear....do it again with the other half if this is your first time.
