Fiberglass Fenders for 4th gen 4runners by Fiberwerx

prototyped these with Fiberwerx over the past month. 4.5" flare with 3" rise, production set cost $500. Headed to Allied Motorsports next week, they will be prototyping their taco, 4runner, FJ Looooong Travel kit and will be done soon. My rig will not be fully complete til March or so.

looks NICE!

seems a little off at the windshield/hood/a-pillar joints, and looks kinda tight around the bottom of the front door.

Sean, as with most fiberglass there is a some areas that can be tightened up and adjusted. Anaheim Hills Auto Body will be doing the final adjustments and spit polish when I am done with all fab work.

Lance, NO KIDDING!!!! It took forever to get someone to do this, and for a time it looked as if it was gonna happen. Anyways, I am happy with the outcome. NOt exactly what I was thinking but I do like it. Much different than the Glassworks in shape.

Hope all is as well as it can be in your rebuild my friend. ONe of these days we will have to hook up and go on a run when both of our rigs are put back together.

Oh, and keep an eye out for a rear axle. Been searching for months, cant find one. I bent mine :(

is it me or is that a 0" rise or 2" rise? needs to be higher imo but thats just me

the aggressive look is nice but i'm not diggin a few things:

1. the small lip around the base that shows the flare... once your stock bumper is gone you won't need it so I'd say that lip is prob not necessary.
2. the brows by the headlamp could have been smoother (way too aggressive for me).

otherwise i like it a lot :) You think they can make an one piece (hood and fender) for me? would be nice :D free of course! or any other clip haha

Neli, it is actually a 3" rise. The side pic is rather deceiving of the what it actually is. Here is another pic that shows a bit better. Taken from behind, you can judge the rise from the bumper.

Lance, I know what you mean. It is definatley different, it is growing on me. I was expecting something more along the lines of yours, but I am happy with the result. I may have anaheim auto do a few custom sanding on some spots :D
