Dear UltimateYota,
Why won't you remember me? No matter how many times I check your box, the next time I visit you it's like I'm a complete stranger who bumped into you on the street. Maybe I'm just lazy and don't want to type my password in, after all it is 8 whole characters, but maybe you're just the one being lazy. Honestly, must you taunt me with not one, but two "remember me" boxes? I even made you the homepage, ending YT's long reign as my greeter to the world wide web. So here I am, Ultimateyota, unable to take the disappointment of continuously typing my password any longer, the pain of not feeling welcomed by your gray and orange and excellently well designed logo, wondering what did I do to deserve this torture? I beg you, please, remember me on my next visit, it will not go unnoticed.
Your faithful user (and convert from TOF),

hmmm interesting problem you have there. I must admit I'm stumped as I don't have this problem at all :) Maybe it's selective punishment ;) Anyway, what kind of browser are you using and what kind of configuration are you using? Perhaps it's something with the browser that's causing the issue? Another thing to consider is to look at the url to see if you're accessing ultimateyota.com or www.ultimateyota.com. I've noticed that on some browsers this makes a big difference (not sure why but I did notice that with another forum).
hope that helps and in the meantime I'll see if Cebby can look into this too.

That's the problem, you're all pc users.

I'm a mac user now. I got my macbook for my "graduation present" although it was almost 3 months after school was over.
Adding "www" in the homepage preferences seems to have fixed the bug, thanks.

ultimateyota.com doesn't equal www.ultimateyota.com. This has to do with the way the sessions are handled.

The www. will definitely fix it. I tested this out on both my work Pc's, and on my two home PC's as long I use www.ultimateyota.com it remembers me and works fine (with firefox, maxthon, and IE) and if I use just ultimateyota.com, its a no go on remembering me.

A man without a country...
It works for me. When I clear cookies and history, I have to sign in anew. Maybe check your settings.

I think I've found a way to force the use of www even for those that don't type it in (301 redirect for those in the know).
I'll try this tonight when I have more time to mess with it.

fourrunner, that is a setting in the options page.
at the top, click on profile, then on Look and Layout Prefferences, then the box next to "Return to topics after posting by default."
there you go.

I had forgotten to fix this, but the 301 redirect is in full effect. Should fix some troubles for those not using www.
