Is it worth the price?

Seen this one craigslist today, thinking of grabbing it but not sure if its worth that price.

Talked to the owner, said he is second owner and first owner had the suspension stuff put it.

Front is DC Coilover with UCA
Rear is Fox shocks but the guy did not know what kind of rear springs it had.

what's msrp on the fj anyway w/ the mileage? (no mileage shown fyi). I'd say if you want it, ask for blue book + 1000 for the mods.

He listed the mileage at 24k, think MSRP is about 25,000.00
