I know it is short notice but I have an itch to wheel again this weekend. Somewhere not too far away. I was thinking of maybe Rodriguez Canyon/Oriflame. This way we could hit up Julian for some Apple Pie. Mmmmmmmmm!

Not set on a trail so if you have any ideas I am all ears.

Sorry Eric, working this weekend. But I might take a stab at my A-arms early next week. I'll be in touch if I need a hand. I've got to have this taken care of in time for Superstition 10!

did you get an invitation from them? I have not. I thought it was automatic if you registered last year. What is the date for that?

Ended up doing Rodriguez Canyon and Oriflame off the 78 with a guy from Adv4x4. Had a great time. Nice easy quick run.

I am planning on Superstition 10. Should be some great times! We have to go represent among the Jeepers. LOL

easy buddy!

Mikey is cool and all but dang. LOL

So Mikey I started a planning thread on Adventure4x4.net. I have been spending more time there and on runs with them lately. No particular reason, just have. Good group also.

I will be in our "Camp Toyota" this year. Infact I just wrote the check for $50 for the registration and a Tshirt. Gonna be fun! Christmas trees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wah wah wah.... all I hear from this guy is crying. LOL

Make sure you register by mail early. Not only does this save you $5 but it also helps them plan for the event. They go all out for this one.

MIkey do you want to start a Super 10 thread or me? Or Marc? Or Josh? Or Rob? Or Andy? Or....Me?

I just got my reg in the mail last week for Super 10. Gonna send it in this week hopefully.
Hope you had fun EC. I've done a nice loop down Rodriquez Cyn., then north to scissors crossing, up Grapevine Cyn, then connect that to the Jasper TRial and come out just west of Culp Valley. Maybe we could run that one for a day trip.

If I don't see a thread for Super 10 I'll run with it.

I know I would be down to wheel the loop you described.

Any weekend date except the 1st of Dec. Ryan invited me to do a day cruise on the USS Nimitz. Because of my community in the Navy I have never and probably will never go on a ship. So I am going out with him just for a day on the 1st. I am stoked to see that thing get underway and actually be on it. Aircraft carriers are literaly the US's "big stick". We just need to learn to "walk softly". Ha!

We'll see what happens - maybe mid-December (15th?). I'm camping with the boy this weekend
so that works out. The Grapevine/Jasper Trail combo is really easy but the views are nice.
I'm looking into some trails just west of Narrows Mine off the 78, about 10+ miles east of
Scissors Crossing. Check it out on Google. It splits into 3 cyns from there and all look
pretty fun. Good camping too. I'll keep you posted.

Have fun with Ryan and tell him I said Hi.

And yes, we all need a big stick in our close....eh,............I mean quiver.

LOL
