Re-oiling a TrueFlow air filter

Finally got around to cleaning out my TrueFlow yesterday. I was wondering, how much oil is enough oil when I re-oil the sucker? I'll know it when I've over oiled it (I think), but I'm afraid I might under oil it.

Just ordered my kit to do this.

soak the piss out of both sides and then use your fingers to work it into the foam. The first time I cleaned and oiled mine, I didn't put enough..... now I spray on quite a bit.
