I have a 93 4runner 5sp manual 4x4. How do i find out what model tranny and transfercase i have? Are the front and rear axel's both 8 inch? Thank's.

Front diff is a 7.5" IFS, rear is an 8".

Do you have a V6 or an I4?

Pretty sure the V6 would be an R150F, and the I4 would be either a G58 or a W56-E.

Mike it's a V6, Is the R150f the tranny or transfer case? Thank's for the reply.

R150F is the tranny. I think the tcase is a VF1A (chain drive)

Looks like you got it figured out... but I found this page the other night and thought it was really helpful. Transfer cases and tranny info closer to the bottom.

At the top, there is a link to break down your VIN and axle codes as well. :thumbup:
