i have some OME dakar leafs, that are sagging after 2 months. i called arb, emailed a picture and this is what i got back.

Jason,
it looks like your spring perches are damaged leading to the springs being forced over the perches backward trying to follow the curve of the perch (you can see the springs splaying out on each side of the perch as the U-bolts pull the spring against it). It's very common on Toyota's and causes exactly the problem you've described. I've attached a document on what needs to be repaired on the truck to resolve it. Once the perches are flat the springs should come back to their original shape and you'll get your lift back.

the attachment is how to fix, but my perches already have gussets, and i find it hard to believe that they are bent.

Hmmm...never heard of it but if OME went through the trouble of making a pdf with drawings, then it's probably a problem they have experience with.

X2 and it does make sense what they are saying but it would need to be checked with a straightedge.

tore it apart today, and sure as shit, they were just barely bent. i ordered some 3/8" perch blocks from sky and new u-bolts. marc @arb said that should def fix the problem, and if it doesn't i'll be looking at new springs
