I like it, very nice. We are leaning toward a Prious for our next daily driver, but trying to hold out for the new model(s) in a few years.

Not a bad idea Sean. I hear really good things about it.

Lance I really like that people are mod'ing these cars.

We really like ours and the rims I put on it did make it look a lot better. Good cars and the MPG is a no BS'er. Mine is around 48-49 mixed driving and that is not driving it like an old lady. For $24,000 (PKG 2) it is well worth it IMO.

THey are not as expensive as people think. Ours was $24,500. If you get the pkg 6 with GPS, leather, touring package.... they go up to $34,000 in a hurry.

We didn't need all that stuff.

Ok - late bump but I like it too. A lot. I don't think it's rice at all - I think it looks smart and sharp. The tinted windows and the darkened taillights look absolutely fantastic. I've never seen a modded Prius before.

Blitz almost started production on a turbo kit for the Prius a few years ago . . .

Yup - I heard of that. but I don't think it ever got to production. It was something like a low pressure turbo, 5 or 6 PSI.. I don't really see the practicality of that - I mean, those little engines are probably designed with certain tolerances (not to mention MPG) in mind, I believe the excess wear and tear on the engine might cause problems.
