Although, I like mine where it is at, because I don't have to look at it. Just slide my hand down the shifter and hit the button, don't have to look and don't have to worry about just hitting my "window lock" button on accident which is in the center of the three spots. But that is just my preference, not meant to be a downer on your mod. It is a great writeup.

When I first read the title, I thought for sure that you were going to be moving it to the steering wheel in place of the cruise control button. Now that would be cool!
