That restaurants play the 'bait and switch' game? Everytime I go to a first tier establishment, the young lady in the lobby who greets and assigns tables, is fit and hot. She seats us and departs with an alluring gait. A few minutes later when the server arrives I look up and it's either a guy or some fugly hoda beast.......brother! :flipoff:

I have noticed this to. SD is notorious for this.

I will say that it makes waiting a bit more bearable.

The trick it to have a classy (read: hot) lady on your arm in the first place so you can enjoy her for the entire meal and at the same time try not to get caught sneeking a peek at the hostess...

It happened to me on Sat. at Cheesecake Factory in HB. The hostest was hot and the server was a "happy" guy.

I'm not there to gawk at the hot chick for lack of my own. I'm there to consume mass quantities of overly rich, confiscatorily expensive, thematic cuisine. Polite and comely service is meant to maintain my appetite, while the hyena ugly chicks and men seem to send it out the door....

Last time I went to hooters my waitress was a 13 year old boy completely flat chested. What kind of crap is that? :chair:
