Stickying Current Land Use Issues

I just wondering if we could start stickying current land use issues (like the Tellico Rally). In addition to helping this raise awareness, it allows people to keep up with what is currently going on... or is this already happening in another forum?

I posted the Tellico Rally in a couple of different folders, I only stickied the one in the land use folder. Thanks for the suggestion!
