WIPER PROBLEMS!!???

I am having a Wiper issue, the other week the starter went out and i
replaced it with a factory starter and was told by a guy at the dealership
to buy a "hotshot" which boosts the starters amp making the OEM starter
much more reliable, thats all good, but the next day it rained and i
go to turn my wiper as usual and nothing... I checked the relay and
fuse both which turned out to be fine?? I am wondering if the motor
may have gone out yet is the rear wiper powered by the same motor or
is it different??

Front or rear ? I doubt they are the same motor, since they are so far apart. Is your rear one not working also ? I would say if they are both not working then its wiring. You can just run some jumpers to the wiper motor to see if it is working. If it is the rear then it may be a window switch (when your window is down the wiper doesn't work).

ya the back one works, i found out about the window thing when i first got it... but
i will try the jumpers to the wiper motor. will that fix it or just give it a jolt?

if you run 12 volt lead to the wiper motor, then it will make the wipers come on, if the motor is good.

Its just to see if it works, I wouldn't leave it that way. If it works then its wiring, fuse or relay.
