Alright,
I have been noticing this since God knows how long I have the truck,
and driving through the garage today finally it got on my very last nerve!
(like I haven't been on it already!)
I have this squeak.
And I don't know where it is coming from but I can hear it as loud as day.
When the windows are open I can hear it all the time.
When the windows are closed I can only hear it when it echos off of a high concrete median or in a parking garage.
I thought originally it was my muffler mounts but even when I put the TRD on there it still made the noise.
So I have come to the conclusion that maybe it is coming from my front suspension.
I remember a few people here complaing about there a-arms squeaking, but that was on aftermarket arms.
Mine are still stock so I don't know how much a difference that will make.
Tomorrow I will get a video of the sound for everyone.
So I am just open to suggestions now.

i was waiting for someone to post that.
in my experience, squeeks are usually caused by other parts such as bumpers, and not so much suspension components. im not saying that it isnt the suspension, but i wouldnt just concentrate on that.

Well we can rule out that idea Sean, When I had the bumpers off for painting I had to still drive the truck to the hardware store (not a wise Idea I know but I needed to get my bumpers back on)
And the noise was there then.

Here is a bump with a video.
The squeak also has a rattle too it too as you will hear in the vid.
I don't know if it will help much but its the best I could get.

check your sway bar bushings...... is your skid plate dented or missing a bolt? The rattle doesn't sound suspension related.
i hear rattling, i dont hear any squeaking.
did you check swaybar bushings? if theyre totally shot it could be that.

Sway bar is disconnected.
Bottom skid is gone, one going from radiator to diff is solid.
I will try to get a better sound clip tomorrow there is a squeak, and now this rattle too.

Have you greased your u-joints and driveshafts at the zerks? Try that and see if it helps because mine had a squeak and rattle I thought it was all kind of things and once I lubed the drive shaft the squeaking / rattling noise went away.

There is no more squeaking, just all rattling now, Guess I have to go get new hardware and drill out the old.
God I love rust!
