You must be every new to the off road world :D
We have seen this posted numerous time over numerous Toyota forums.
But still is good every time I see it.

I can attest to this.
I have had my truck up to the door handles in water,
I have been hit by a Dodge Cummings Pickup.
I have done numerous burnouts and a few jumps here and there.

AND NOT ONCE! did my truck every leave me stranded on the side of the road.

yes, its a 2.4D hilux diesel.

The great thing is they've kept it in the studio, every episode reminds me about it. Did anyone catch the one where Jeremy made his amphibious vehicle out of another hilux with a massive outboard on the tailgate?

yes! he later used a datsun pickup when they crossed (or at least tried) the engish channel in season 10.

btw, for lovers of top gear, season 11 starts june 15th!!!!!!! nearly exactly 37 days (though i will have to wait for a torrent)
