I view/read the news quite a bit and there appeared a series of pictures from Afghanistan today that really put my own life/daily issues in perspective and how insignificant it is compared to the guys who are currently in the battle fields. Regardless of how you feel about the wars going on, think about what our soldiers must face every day. The soldier in this picture had a close call, but did not die nor was he seriously wounded, according to the article.
