I'm selling these for two reasons:
1st, I don't need them with my big lights now.
2nd, They are illegal, and I don't want to run the risk. While they are bright, I simply don't need them. Yeah, it may not help out with me selling them, but that's why I'm selling them for cheap.
$125 for both bulbs, both ballasts, and the plug and play wiring kit. Shipping included. They are the Bi-xenon kit and they have the shielding that rotates for low beam/high beam function.
First response gets them. I'll take paypal or certified check. Item shipped upon completed payment.
