Quick Supercharger Question...

So all these recent threads on superchargers, I was wondering...what is the max amount of miles on the rig you would allow before choosing not to install a supercharger? I have 115,000 on mine and I've heard that I'll really get my moneys worth out of my headers with a supercharger...but if I can't afford it until I hit 140,000 miles or something, is it worth it?

im putting one on mine and i have 128,000. IMO i dont really see it being a problem at any mileage. it may not last to 280,000 but as long as your getting the fuel the SC wants then you should be fine.

It can be done, but your going to want to get fuel mods for sure. I s/c'ed at 98k, and didnt get fuel mods until about 109k.

Id also do a compression test as well to make sure your even on all the cylinders before you go through with it.
