It's Calendar time! UltimateYota's 2nd annual Calendar (2009)

Folks, it's that time of the year again! Time to submit your pictures to be immortalized in print. This will be the 5th year that this team has put together a calendar so expect only the best!

So post up pics of your Toyota's off the pavement. There's nothing in particular we are looking for so sky's the limit. How we're going to choose the winners hasn't been decided yet but it will probably be a combination of staff votes and member votes.

We're in talks with professional printers and don't yet know the formatting requirements. However, most likely you can use the guidelines below. I'll edit this thread when we learn more.

1. Post your pictures here. For display in this thread, please reduce the size to 800x600 or smaller. Any pictures larger than this will be deleted. Basically, I don't want to scroll right to see the whole pic.
2. Final pictures must be at least 1600x1200 pixels in size (2 mega pixels). Ideally 3300x2550, 300dpi is best (8 mega pixels). Pictures smaller than this may be considered, however, we're not sure what the printer will require. So make sure you have high resolution pictures available.
3. Limit of 5 truck submissions per person.
4. Deadline for submission: 11:59PM PST 9-30-08

If your in South Lake Tahoe, there is a SVRA park near the airport. Its little but they have some rock gardens. Its right at the Y in SLT.

I won't be in the truck for the tahoe trip. Either my DD or the G/F's CRV. I haven't lifted the rear of the truck yet... so it's sitting really funny. I just ordered the rear springs the other day. They should be here by the end of the week... but then I gotta save some monies for the welding.

And by the way, I use to live in Scotts Valley! Where you at in the SC mountains? I don't remember seeing your rig around.

I was just at Twin Lakes on monday night watching the sunset, and then sat at the hole staring up at the stars for a few hours :) I <3 Santa Cruz.

Sorry guys, the print vendor had some printing issues so the print job took longer than anticipated. Anyway they're in the usps' hand so you're going to have to give them a few days to sort out the holiday mess. I'm sure you'll see em as early as Friday if not by next week for sure.

yeah I wasn't too happy with the delay but they are still my go to guys for short runs. Apparently their 100k printer took a dump and had to get replaced so you can imagine the rush they had since it happened right before the xmas craziness.

Guess I'll see their prices go up since I know they have a new printer in the warehouse. Those things are massive!

I have to say I agree. I am actually quite disappointed in the calendar because of this. I bought it for my work, where we write all our request offs in normal calendar squares. This will be hard with the huge numbers. Maybe a reprint with smaller numbers?
