Anything ground up and formed has that mystery element to the total ingredients. With Bacon, you know what you are getting.

With that said, I like both equally. Can't have the same thing all the time.

neither. i HATE the taste of pork, and refuse to eat it.

on top of that, i really wont eat sausage either. some high quality italian beef sausage or the like, maybe. even then very rarely. do you have any idea what is allowed by law to fall into a sausage press? no thanks!

Both are quite good and each has their place. Although bacon is good at dinner time you can't put it in a bun with a ton of onions and mustard. I think I shall try bacon wrapped sausage.

i like both, but i'll vote for bacon because of its versatility. have you guys ever tried bacon paprikash? its a hungarian style bacon. DAMN GOOD and totally unlike american cured bacon. and not to mention, when you cook sausage in the morning...ehhh. but when you cook bacon in the morning, you know its breakfast time :D

i like both but if i had a gun to my head and they said pick one to eat right now, i have to go sausage.... good breakfast sausage (not ihop, but the real, GOOD stuff) is amazing. bacon sorta tastes the same no matter where or when.

bacon, back when i was in gainesville ( go gators), and i got hungry at night, i would grab a pack of bacon and throw the whole thing on the george foreman with some pepper.... mmm mmm!

oh i have to say, of the bacon ive eaten, by far the best was in australia, mainly because it was about 95% meat and 5% fat (by width of the white strip) it tasted so much better, but still tasted like pig, so i didnt really like it.
